Shipping information:
At Preciosa Kim Boutique, we strive to serve you with excellence and care. All clothing and boutique items are processed and shipped within 5–7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). While we always do our best to ship sooner, please note that next-day shipping is not guaranteed.
Flat Rate Shipping: $9.00
Carriers: USPS or UPS, based on the best available option for your location.
Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information.
Please note: Once your package has been handed over to USPS or UPS, responsibility for delivery lies with the carrier. If you experience any issues with your package after shipment, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.
At this time, we currently ship within the United States only.
Handmade & Specialty Items
From time to time, we may release handcrafted or specialty items that align with our boutique style. Because these items are made or prepared with extra care, please allow up to 10–14 business days for processing before shipment. If your order contains both boutique clothing and a handcrafted item, your order will ship together once the handmade item is ready.
Return and Exchanges:
At Preciosa Kim Boutique, we want you to love every piece you purchase. Because we are a small boutique, all sales are final. However, we gladly offer store credit under the following conditions:
Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and free of makeup, deodorant marks, perfume, smoke, or pet hair/scents.
Items must include all original tags (if applicable).
Returns are accepted for sizing issues or product defects only. “Changed my mind” returns are not eligible.
Store Credit: Approved returns will be issued as a store credit gift code that can be used toward any future purchase. No refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Non-Returnable Items: All sale items, accessories, and handcrafted/specialty products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders: If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at preciosakim.boutique@gmail.com so we can assist you promptly.
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective or an error on our part.
